For 3PLs and brokers
A brokerage runs on other people's commitments. The carrier has to accept, and your customer has to hear the truth before the receiver tells them. Getting those confirmed and closed is Counterparty Execution, and Novari runs it: the routing guide waterfall, the inbound flood off the board, compliance screening, carrier setup, tracking. Your reps spend that time on shippers and carriers.
The carrier sales floor
A brokerage with forty reps and two-ring answer times has built something real, and the reps are not the reason a load sits uncovered at four in the afternoon. Of the roughly 580,000 active motor carriers in this country, 91.5% run ten trucks or fewer, and the ones most likely to take that lane at your number are the ones with no TMS, no portal, and nobody watching a load board mid-run.

Before the board
A routing guide is a sequence, and your reps carry it and work the sequence by email, phone, or text one at a time. Novari holds the sequence as a rule and runs it: tender to the first carrier, process the response or silence on a timeout interval you set, and keep the load coverage running until a truck is booked or it truly becomes uncovered and someone needs to step in. The guide belongs to your customer, so it changes when the customer changes, and Novari runs whichever one the load is under.
When the guide runs out
Post an attractive load and the answers come back fast, ten or twenty of them inside a few minutes, by phone and email and text. Somewhere in that pile is a carrier with live authority, current insurance and a truck close enough to make the pickup. Finding them is reading, not judgment. Fifteen inquiries at two to three minutes apiece, worked one at a time, is the next half hour of somebody's afternoon.
Novari reads each one as it lands, the opening burst and the stragglers behind it, and surfaces the ones that clear your rules. Arrival time is still arrival time, and a load does not get covered faster than a carrier is willing to take it. What it costs to handle fifteen inquiries comes to under five minutes instead of thirty, and your rep spends the difference on the shipper who has been waiting to hear back.
Inquiry counts and handling times are Novari operator estimates and vary with lane, rate and how attractive the load is.
Every reply lands in one place, the DAT inquiries alongside the ones that came straight to the mailbox your team already works from. Nothing sits unopened because it arrived while somebody was on a call.
Who has a truck, where it sits, when it can be there and what they want for the lane, sorted against what the load can actually pay.
Authority, insurance and safety pulled through the MyCarrierPackets account you already hold. Carriers that fail your rule set never reach a rep.
Carrier setup goes out through MyCarrierPackets and comes back attached to the load.
The rate confirmation goes out and the signed copy comes back matched to the load. TruckerTools is connected on the accepted carrier before the truck moves.
Three carriers cleared. Which one gets the load, and what you pay them, is your rep's judgment and always was.
Where it runs
Most brokers keep what they have. You already run Turvo, Revenova, Rose Rocket, MercuryGate, Tai or Aljex, replacing it is not on the roadmap this year, and Novari does not ask you to. Novari Core takes the counterparty traffic those systems were never built for and writes the outcome back to the load, while your TMS keeps the customer, the margin and the settlement. Brokers running a spreadsheet and a shared mailbox point it the other way and let Core hold the load, the customer, the carrier and the rate itself. Same subscription either way. What changes is where the record of the load lives.
What it plugs into
Loads post to DAT and the inquiries come back into one queue instead of a phone, an inbox and a text thread at once. Everything gets read and ranked before a rep picks anything up.
The MC number gets screened for authority, insurance and safety, and the setup packet goes out to whoever clears. Both run through the account you already hold, and the signed packet comes back attached to the load.
Tracking goes on the accepted carrier while they are still on the line, not as a second task somebody gets to at four o'clock.
Lane and market data where the rate decision actually happens, so the number your rep works from is the number the market is paying today.
Brokers who work the Truckstop board instead of DAT get the same handling, built during onboarding.
For floors already running RMIS rather than MyCarrierPackets. Same screening against the same rule set, stood up as part of setup.
Novari Desk
Your operations staff burns the same hours a shipper's coordinators do, and exceptions do not wait for Monday. A carrier drops at 6:40 on a Friday, the waterfall re-tenders, two carriers accept, and somebody still has to take the better rate and tell your customer before they hear it from the receiver. That somebody is your rep on Monday morning, or the Novari Desk on Friday night.
Scoped to coverage and hours, never to a percentage of what moves. We never take margin on your freight and never hold the carrier relationship.
We act for the party that hired us, and only that party. If your customer is also a Novari customer, we are still working your side of it, from your SOPs.
The Desk requires an active subscription underneath it. Without the system clearing the routine first, it is somebody else's staff working inside your inbox.
Novari Dock, appointment control
Once the load is covered, the appointment goes to whoever calls the receiving location first, and that is usually the carrier, working from driver hours and whatever chains to their next load. Those are the right objectives for a carrier. They are not the ones you gave your customer. Novari Dock gathers the receiver's availability under your name, sets the window against the commitment you actually made, and hands the appointment to the carrier as a property of the load. It is appointment control for the party who owes the date, not a portal for the receiving side.
The trial
There is nothing to integrate and nothing to migrate, and your reps work the way they already do. By the tenth load you will know how much of that half hour you got back, and whether the carriers Novari surfaced were the ones you would have picked yourself.
